A Mother's Blessing

I remember few things about my life when my mother was still alive. Of all the things I do remember my mother saying (I was a bad kid), one has always stuck out. When I was little my mother always said a blessing over me when I lay in my bed after we finished praying together. My mother always quoted Number 6:22-27:

"The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face to you and give you peace."

Number 6:22-27

I always wondered where she got that until i stumbled up it when I was searching something on crosswalk.com. It is the priestly blessing. I found that interesting.
